i am a bullet that pierces through anything, a minor key that sticks to the heart. i am a glass panel that anyone can see through... a paintbrush that colors the earth. i am a green leaf on a pile of dead autumn leaves. i am a flame that never dies. i am a dream trapped with reality.... i am a feather that tickles and makes you laugh while tears roll down your eyes. i am a cigarette butt thrown away and taken for granted, laying on the pavement, trampled by strangers, dogs, moving machines, seasons, conflicts. i am a catfish, covered in mud, trying to stop myself from biting the bait though i always end up in the painful end of the pole. i am forgotten, yet always remembered. i am a heartbeat that pulsates forever.... a river that never goes dry. i am a burning stainless steel bridge. i am a prevailing southwind desperately searching for its true north. i am a Philippine island... where most can't imagine living in and a few claim to be their home. i am the final note of my song.
