Andrew Arnett's writing has been influenced by Celine, Knut Hamsun, Charles Bukowski, Hunter S, Thompson, Peter Arnett, Billy Childish, Baudelaire, Rimbaud . . . all the usual suspects. He published his first article in the New York Times at the age of 26, and has subsequently published six chapbooks of poetry including Tuna Tartare On A Roll (2005), Zither Music for the Soul(2006), Diplomats of War (2007), and the upcoming Mind Over Easy published on OrangeBeef Press.
