Statement:

Writing is what I do when I can't do anything else about anything.

Background:

Initially, I told my parents I wanted to be an artist at the age of 5. When I started school, I was entered in various art contests and won several of them.  Meanwhile, teachers were simultaneously entering my poems and short stories into contests and I grew a greater interest in poetry and stories.

 Throughout adolescence and to this day, I've become obsessed with the idea of writing.

Someone, somewhere, HAS to like my writing, even a little bit?

 Eh?

Either way, it's therapeutic. And if I didn't have writing, I don't know where I'd be.
