Statement:

 My art is inspired by nature and symbolism

Background:

Since the time I can first remember, my parents painted.  My father was a truly magnificent artist.  He could paint beautiful masterpieces, but I enjoyed his cartoons the most.   My mother too is an amazing artist.  I remember going with her to the school where she would teach art classes.  I must have been four or five.  I have truly been inspired by both of them. My dad is deceased and my mother is now eightyfour and she continues to paint.  We often work together on paintings due to her failing eyesight.  She lets me do her fine detail now.  I work with pastels, acrylic, and oils.
