Statement:

I usually write about how I feel and what has happened to me in the past, whether it be good or bad. All my work is based on my actual life experiences.  Somewhere out there I know there are people going through the same situations that I write about and it may just help them to know that someone else is going or has gone through that before.  The message that I try to convey is that its okay to feel that way, its not the end of the world even though you/they feel that it is. There is hope, a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have written over 35 poems. I have entered 2 poems into the contests at www.poetry.com and both were selected to be in the annual book that Poetry.com publishes.
